I am an award-winning author, former T.V. host, and recovering litigator. Born and raised in the bustling sprawl of New Delhi, India, I now live in the San Francisco Bay Area.

THE RUMMY CLUB (Daggerhorn Publishing, 2014) was my debut novel about the diaspora of East Indian people in the context of twenty-first-century America. THE RUMMY CLUB won the 2015 Beverly Hills Book Award.

My second novel, THE AWAKENING OF MEENA RAWAT is published by Black Rose Writing. An excerpt from this novel initially published in the annual issue of Green Hills Literary Lantern was nominated for The Pushcart Prize in 2019.

I am now represented by Jessica Faust @BookEnds literary agency for the sale of my third novel: NO ORDINARY THURSDAY.
